Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by email. A return/exchange request must be made within 21 days of placing the order.
All items being returned must meet the following conditions:
- Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must have no stains or other forms of damage
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags and additional packaging items.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. We suggest selecting shipping with tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages.
For returns we offer store credit (it never expires). It will be issued in the form of a gift card once we receive your returned item. Refunds will be for the original order amount (not including shipping).
Exchanges will only be processed for the same product of a different size or colour. Please note exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock when we receive the item for exchange. We also reserve the right to not provide an exchange where it is not practicable to do so.
Proof of Purchase
In order for us to process a return/exchange you must be able to provide valid proof of purchase for the items.
*All clearance is final sale.
*Returns/exchanges are not available for beauty products, pacifiers, bottles due to the nature of the product.
